Banana Cashew Ice Cream

With or without an ice-cream churner. Recipe makes 4 ample servings (it’s filling).


  • 1 Cup Filtered Water
  • 1/4 Cup Milk (or alternative milk)
  • 1 Cup Raw Cashews (pre-soaked overnight)
  • 2 ripe Bananas (frozen in chunks)
  • Dash of Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Paste


  1. Place ingredients into a high speed blender / nutribullet, and let the bananas soften a little before blending.

  2. Blend in lots of 30 seconds so as not to overheat, and continue until smooth and creamy.

  3. Place in ice cream churner for about 20 minutes or so (check instructions for your machine).

  4. Add in any chunky ingredients during the churn. eg. Chocolate drops.
