- 1/4 cup wheat based flour
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Coconut Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
- A few cracks of Himalayan Salt
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 2 Tablespoons melted Virgin Coconut Oil
- 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Next Time… (adjustments)
- 1/4 cup wheat based flour
- 1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Almond Meal
- 1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Coconut Sugar
- Small sprinkling of Monk Fruit Powder
- a few cracks of Himalayan Salt
- 1/4 cup + 1 Tablespoon Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
- Small sprinkling of dark chocolate chips
Method

Combine all dry ingredients in a small bowl (it’s just easier than doing in the mug).

Add milk a little at a time and continue stirring until all combined and smooth.

Add melted Coconut Oil and keep stirring until smooth.

Add Vanilla Extract and stir well.
- Place in microwave at for 60 – 90 seconds.
All microwaves are different, adjust as needed.
