A great snack for lunchboxes (nut free)

130g Dates

15g Sunflower Seeds

15g Ground Chia Seeds (white or black)

15g Ground Sesame Seeds (white or black)

13g Cocoa Powder
Method

Starting with the 3 Seeds (Sunflower / Chia and Sesame), blitz in a food processor with a small base. A nutribullet or the like works well here.

Add dates and cocoa to the mix and process until well combined. You may need to scrape down the sides a few times, depending on the food processor used.

You can shape this date and cocoa mass however you like. Press into small chocolate moulds, or into a rectangular pan – place in fridge and cut once solid.
